Welcome to Rio Event Design Maui!

We are a team of experienced event design professionals, dedicated to helping our clients bring their dream events to life. With roots in Brazil and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, we bring a unique perspective and flair to every project we take on.

Our team is led by Rodrigo Botta and Carolina Carabetti, both of whom have extensive backgrounds in the hospitality and event planning industry. Rodrigo has worked with some of the top event designers in New York City and has a passion for surfing and stand-up paddling. Carolina received her Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality and has held various roles in the industry, including hostess, bartender, server, assistant manager, and wedding planner. Together, we make the perfect duo for creating memorable events that exceed our clients' expectations.

We are based in beautiful Maui, Hawaii, where we love waking up early to catch some waves before heading into the office. We also prioritize living a healthy and active lifestyle, which we believe helps us bring a fresh and energetic approach to our work.
