Do you deliver event rentals to Hana?
Yes. Rio Event Design delivers to Hana and East Maui, with setup available as an additional service. Tell us your date and venue early so we can plan the drive and schedule your delivery.
Do you deliver island-wide on Maui?
Yes. We deliver to West Maui (Olowalu, Lahaina, Kaʻanapali, Kapalua), South Maui (Kihei, Wailea, Makena), Central Maui and Upcountry, and Hana. Venues and resorts we have served include Olowalu Plantation House, Sugar Beach Events, Gather on Maui, and resorts in Wailea, Kapalua and Kaʻanapali.
Can you deliver rentals to Oahu, Kauai, the Big Island, Lanai or Molokai?
Yes, as a special project. Because these events need inter-island freight and travel, we quote each one individually with all logistics costs included, such as inter-island freight, trucking, and crew travel and lodging.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery depends on the location, the items you rent and the setup needed. Text or contact us with your venue, date and guest count and we will include delivery in your quote.
Do you offer setup?
Yes. We deliver and pick up your rentals, and setup is available as an additional service. Ask us to include setup in your quote.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially for weekends, peak wedding season, Hana and any inter-island special project. Send us your date and we will confirm availability.
